What's included with each invitation?

Every purchase includes two editable Canva template links: a printable 5x7 inch invitation and a 1080x1920 px mobile/phone invitation. After your Etsy payment is confirmed, you'll receive a PDF download containing both Canva template links plus a quick start guide. Commercial license is included — print and share as many copies as you need for your single event.

How are the templates delivered?

Instantly. After payment you'll receive a download link from Etsy within minutes, valid for 180 days. The downloaded PDF contains the Canva template links. Open the PDF, click a link, sign into your free Canva account, and click 'Use Template 4' to make your own editable copy.

What format are the invitations in?

All PORWEBSTUDIO invitations are delivered as editable Canva templates — no software installation needed. Just open the link in any web browser or the Canva mobile app. Export your finished invitation as PDF (print) or PNG/JPEG (digital share) at no extra cost. Some premium bundles also include print-ready PDF versions.

Can I customize the invitations?

Yes. All text fields in the Canva template are fully editable — change the child's name, age, date, time, venue and RSVP details. You can also recolor elements, swap fonts, move illustrations around, or replace the sample text with your own. The result is still licensed under your original purchase.

Do you offer refunds?

Within 14 days, no questions asked, if you haven't downloaded more than 30% of the template links. We'd rather lose a sale than keep an unhappy customer — if a design isn't right for your party, message us through Etsy and we'll help you find a better fit or issue a refund.

Will I get updates or new sizes?

Yes. Each invitation template receives free minor updates (format additions, fixes, new aspect ratios) for 12 months from purchase. If you've already bought a design and we add a new size or feature, message us on Etsy with your order number and we'll send the updated link free of charge.

Do you accept custom website orders?

Yes. PORWEBSTUDIO accepts custom website orders through WebDesignStore.net (Door 02). Choose any template, request modifications, or commission a fully bespoke build with full source code, lifetime license and 29-language support.

What digital products do you sell on Etsy?

We sell editable Canva invitation templates — woodland birthdays, baby showers, autumn and Halloween collections. Browse at sweetinvites.store.

How many languages do your templates support?

29 languages including English, Thai, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Malay, Turkish, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish.
